"Good luck getting them to call you back. I was a client for years and I had to leave multiple messages, most of which went unanswered. Then, when you do get a hold of someone, they rarely can fully answer your questions. I was frequently told “I’ll get back to you”. Guess what…they don’t. Very poor customer service. Not sure what all that money I paid is going to because it obviously wasn’t towards labor.
Edit: after speaking with Alex, he listened to my input and said he’ll work on his crew. Hopefully they’ll improve their customer service."

"Christy at State Farm, from Alex Hartmans office totally nailed explaining all the different coverage options, so I actually understood what I was choosing. Plus, she was super patient, answering all my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time.
